Employee Development

With an organization so lean and focused, it is critical to Tri-Arrows success that our employees continue to develop. Due to this importance, we provide assistance to fund continued education, promote attendance at industry events, and emphasize cross functional work and employee rotational development where applicable. These initiatives help make sure our team is ready and able to face the challenges to come.

Additionally, our joint venture in Russellville, KY, Logan Aluminum provides employees with an in-house education program called “LED.” This program has hundreds of classes employees can participate in and many they can teach based on their own backgrounds. This is one of the many ways Logan promotes continual learning.

Operational Safety

Safety in our operation is paramount. Without the proper focus and attention on safety, our production processes can create exposure. The greatest responsibility Tri-Arrows has is to the families of our employees who trust that their loved ones will be returned to them safely at the end of each day.

Our processes are in a continual state of refinement and improvement to incorporate the best practices, technologies, and behavioral culture in achieving expected levels of performance. To ensure compliance, we complete regularly scheduled audits and process assessments to identify and develop plans to proactively manage the risks and hazards in our operations.

Logan operations focuses on risk reduction, safety, and behavioral training. Logan recently achieved 8 million man hours without a Lost Time Accident (LTA) and continues to focus on eliminating life changing injuries.

Community Outreach

Tri-Arrows Aluminum desires to give generously and serve selflessly in a way that directly impacts our industry, community and employees.

Our vision for community outreach is to “encourage and enable TAA employees to give and partner with charitable organizations to help meet real community needs.” This vision is made possible by partnering our passionate employees with local charitable organizations dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.

TAA has long-standing relationships with several charitable organizations, some of which include:

Family & Children's Place

Family & Children's Place

Louisville-based agency that provides services to stop and prevent the trauma of abuse, violence and neglect.

“Tri-Arrows Aluminum has been an amazing partner to Family and Children’s Place over the past few years. They have enthusiastically engaged through volunteerism, personal donations, and sponsorship and have made a significant, positive impact to the families and children we serve who have been affected by abuse and neglect. We appreciate the generous support of Tri-Arrows employees, and look forward to the future!”

Micah Jorrisch, Family & Children’s Place Director of Development

Gilda's Club Louisville

Gilda's Club Louisville

A local cancer support community that offers strength, comfort and care to anyone impacted by cancer.

“Few companies give as wholly as Tri-Arrows Aluminum. Not only does the company donate corporate funds to Gilda’s Club Louisville, but its employees have raised money in support of our mission. Groups from Tri-Arrows regularly volunteer as meal hosts, which entails purchasing, preparing and serving meals to our members who then break out into support groups. Meal hosts are critical to our mission, assuring that our members can come to the clubhouse and receive the support they need without having to worry about providing dinner for themselves and their families. By donating their time, talent, and treasure, Tri-Arrows has given so much to our members living with cancer and we can’t express how much we appreciate them.”

Jonathan Raley, Gilda’s Club Louisville Development Manager
